Emkay is the leading manufacturer of Sheet Metal Components with high end technology and modern plant and machinery base.
	Emkay has adopted state of the art infrastructure by placing high-tech CNC Machines, Hydraulic & Power presses Shearing Machines with a capacity of over 500 tonnes, Projection & MIG and Welding Special Purpose Turning Machines including Statefield Powder Coating and Paint shop unit. For pressing operations, advanced power & hydraulic presses are installed with capacities ranging from 5 tons to 350 tons capacity. Its fabrication setup includes CNC milling shop comprising of CNC vertical boring & milling machines, five axis CNC tube bending machines and CNC wirecut machines for accurate cutting and desired surface finish.
